Hub, a real solution to the persistent and disastrous problems that burden the famine stricken people of central Africa.

Americans from every walk, trade, profession, discipline, are and will be needed to help establish the relief city of Hub. An American relief city, built by Americans in a central African host country. Hub will be funded and supported by private American individuals,corporations and organizations. A COMPACT of givers.
A COMPACT is needed from private individuals, corporations and organizations in America, who hear this call for help. You are the ones who will provide the funding and support to underwrite all phases of the program > To Establish And Maintain Hub. AFFRICAorg relief workers serve as volunteers and free brokers > conduits for information, and do not, and will not ask for or receive money, from any source in the United States, and do not infer any tax exempt status or imply any tax deduction for any giver. Nor do any individuals or associates who serve with or on AFFRICAorg's behalf, receive salaries. Legal advice and oversight are needed to clear the way here in the USA for all matters and operations to move forward with Hub's development. It is intended and implied that each giver will be responsible for direct funding and or support (existing in-house resources) to specific phases of temporary and permanent facilities construction, and for supply of foods, materials, equipment, transportation (land, sea and air) and for other necessary goods and services, and whatever else is needed both in the USA and in Africa, pursuant to the scope of Hub's developmental program (TEN YEARS).
Hub's development is an enormous task that requires help from all sectors. Much planning and logistics must be met and is needed now. This website is very primitive and needs to be overhauled and maintained by those who are skilled at IT. A network needs to be established so that information for interested parties is updated and available.
In addition, a qualified and established proxy tax exempt organization is being sought to provide relief for givers to Hub's creation. I do not receive donated monies nor do I intend to do so. Help from legal people is also needed to sort out how large givers can go about using their own money to help build a relief city in Africa and be provided the same write off status as any other charity. Can a foundation or trust be set up? All donated money must go directly to build and maintain Hub, either by individuals, corporations or whoever acting as primaries and or secondaries.
